1 General Provisions

2 Account Registration

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may create only one account. Multiple accounts held by the same person, or multiple accounts created from the same device or the same payment method, are strictly prohibited. In such cases, all accounts will be suspended and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Identity Verification

After registration, 8 mbet may request identity documents (National ID, passport, or birth certificate) and proof of address at any time. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete. 2.4 Account Security

3 Age Verification

No person under the age of 21 may use 8 mbet's casino or betting services. In addition to age verification at initial registration, re-verification may be requested before a withdrawal or in any situation where there is cause for doubt.

8 mbet operates both technical and administrative measures to keep minors away from gaming. If this condition is breached, the account will be closed immediately and no funds will be refunded.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The same methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 hour of the request. However, this timeframe may increase if identity verification is incomplete or if suspicious activity is detected.

4.3 Additional Conditions

• Withdrawal requests can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• If an active bonus is present, withdrawals cannot be made before the wagering requirements are met.
• If an account verification process is ongoing, withdrawals may be partially or fully held.
• 8 mbet reserves the right to review withdrawals in cases of irregular or unusual betting patterns.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and bets of ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be placed before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Terms for Other Promotions

• Each promotion has its own wagering requirements, minimum deposit, and eligibility rules.
• More than one bonus cannot be active at the same time, unless the terms explicitly allow it.
• Bonus funds are not equivalent to cash and cannot be withdrawn before wagering requirements are met.
• 8 mbet reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled. Bets are accepted only through the platform's system, and if a bet is not confirmed due to a technical error, that bet will not be considered valid.

6.2 Cancelled or Unresolved Events

If a match or event is cancelled, suspended, or left incomplete, 8 mbet may void the related bets and return the stake. This decision rests entirely at 8 mbet's discretion.

6.3 Odds Changes

If odds change after a bet has been confirmed, the bet will be settled at the original confirmed odds. However, if incorrect odds are displayed due to a clear technical error, 8 mbet reserves the right to cancel that bet.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 8 mbet:

• Match fixing or applying any fraudulent betting strategy.
• Placing bets using software bots, scripts, or automated tools.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or errors in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using 8 mbet's services for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Abusing bonuses by operating multiple accounts.
• Using another user's account or betting with funds belonging to a third party.

If any of the above activities are proven, the account will be closed immediately, deposited funds and winnings may be forfeited, and the relevant authorities may be notified if necessary.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by 8 mbet

8 mbet may temporarily or permanently close any account if any provision of these terms is breached, suspicious activity is detected, or as part of a routine verification process. Where applicable, the user will be informed of the reason for closure.

8.2 Closure by the User

Any user may voluntarily close their account. In that case, funds remaining in the account will be returned provided they are free of bonuses. Any active bonuses and associated winnings will be considered void.
